Brrr... it's cold!

This weekend was a reminder of what's lurking around the corner... winter! A big storm hit and even though it's the middle of August, temps over the weekend were only in the 50s and the mountains were hit with snow. While it was good to get some rain, I'm not ready for summer to be over...

Lauren's favorite thing these days is to push her little walker around the house, but she ends up screaming in frustration when she runs into the wall, which is ALL THE TIME (she hasn't gotten the hang of steering yet)! So, I've been taking her outside in the driveway where there's lots of room and a much happier Lauren (and mommy). This afternoon after the storm had passed, we had some fun outside with Lauren and her walker. She managed to walk all the way up the driveway - quite the uphill hike for her little legs. Then Tyrone gave her a ride on the way back down. Here are some pics!
